Shipping Policy
At Ancestra Studio, each item is created with intention and produced especially for you. We work with trusted third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners to bring our designs to life and ship them directly to your door. Because of this, all orders are made to order and begin production shortly after purchase.
Processing & Production Time
Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order ships.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner producing your item. Most orders arrive within:

5–10 business days after shipment within the U.S.

10–20 business days for international orders
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or global shipping disruptions.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Our products are printed, manufactured, and shipped by third-party partners. Once your order leaves their facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. Ancestra Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If you need support, you may reach out to us and we will do our best to assist, but Ancestra Studio cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs & International Orders
For international shipments, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partners to make it right.
Because our items are produced on demand and with intention, all sales are final. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
